Vicki Vara, founder

Vicki’s fitness background includes a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware as well as certifications in personal training, group fitness, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, group cycling, and holistic nutrition.

During the past 15 years, Vicki has had the experience of providing her fitness knowledge in various platforms including health clubs, corporate fitness locations, small studios, private homes, and schools.

These experiences motivated her to develop her own method of body training.  As a busy working mom, Vicki understands how difficult it is to commit to a healthy lifestyle.  She is proof that you can be healthy and fit and still take care of children, a house, and a job.  By combining unique and efficient movements and proper nutrition, the v.method is a program to achieve total health for any body type, any lifestyle, and any fitness goal!
